I had a really disappointing experience with the staff member I encountered. The way she spoke to me was just rude upon arrival. I believe the receptionist’s name was Evelyn. Instead of politely reminding me of the appointment time, she bluntly stated with attitude that I can’t be helped because I was supposed to come in before 4PM. Mind you, I came in around 4:15PM. I was taken aback because the appointment card clearly stated 4 to 4:50 PM.When I mentioned this, she asked if I had the card with me. I didnt, so she then asked if someone could get it for me. If the appointment card was a requirement to be seen for the 2nd appointment, it should have been stated during the initial visit. It was so unnecessary of her to go that far to ask me to ask someone else to find the card for me. When I expressed my frustration, she said, We can make an exception if it’s our mistake, which felt like a begrudging concession rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. However, I am thankful that nurse Jimmy spoke up & told her to give me my form. He’s the only reason why I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.I don’t recommend this location at all. I had a better experience with the nurse Paulo in Mountain View location & only opted for the location in Campbell out of convenience.P.S. I found the appointment card you guys requested

Very small, non-descriptive waiting room. 10am TB test appt on Thurs. I was welcomed and helped immediately. Zero privacy. No questionnaire to complete. Nurse asked a few qualifying questions. Felt very weird that my TB test injection was performed right there in the waiting room… with 4 visitors/patients present. I really didn’t mind…but it was definitely weird that I wasn’t taken into a back/side room. No bandaid offered for my injection site, even though there was some very slight bleeding. All staff was very nice and cordial. Entire visit took only 10 minutes.

So so grateful to wellnessmart! All credit goes to Evelyn and Rechel for having such kind smiles and being so understanding when I walked in 5 minutes before closing TWO days in a row. 🫣 they were professional and even said “you came before we close no need to worry” it’s never fun to deal with someone taking advantage of an employee’s time but regardless they did not mind and were again so very kind! 5 stars for two wonderful and professional ladies!

I have come to location a few times for onboarding services for my new employer and its been a great experience. The front desk and medical staff are diligent, thorough, professional and deliver great care.

Easy to find and plenty of parking but the experience was five stars because of the staff who were extremely helpful, truly gracious, and very accommodating. I had the wrong date for my appointment and they still made room for me. The staff was helpful explaining to me what I needed/what we needed to complete, and helped me navigate the process including cost. I am so thankful for their kindness and making their efforts appear effortless.

Easy location to get too, ample parking and tons of apppintment slots available.Blood draw was painful and first time missed the vein and had to redo a second time. For someone with needle phobia that was not ideal 🫣No place to lay down and get blood drawn so I laid across two chairs instead. Very tiny place. Would only go if I absolutely had to.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Great customer service. Appreciate the advice from my provider.

11/9/2023-Very limited resources to provide live-scan fingerprinting-Very little to no experience on how to draw blood and complete blood tests; (ex.) Wasted too much time trying to find a vein to pokeI am very disappointed that the procedures did not met my needs and ultimately wasted my time to travel there. I would not entirely recommend this clinic except they successfully helped complete the physical that I needed.Thanks for the assistance, but try to improve your nursing skills such as drawing blood and performing blood tests.

First time visiting this business. I was impressed with Veronica and her customer service.Very pleasant demeanor, and excellent explanation of all of the processes that were occurring during my pre-employment screening. All of this, despite how busy she was with all of the waiting clients!She is the benchmark of how customer service should be. Kudos!

Went for a TB test and fingerprinting, and everything went quickly and smoothly. Reasonable pricing and friendly workers.

I was there two days ago and Kira the kind spirited nurse took the time to expedite my appointment and was very knowledgeable in ALL the procedures that needed to be completed. I give her 5 stars and suggest you call ahead of time and make your appointment with her. Her personality made it a very pleasant experience! Thanks Kira

Friendly and efficient service! I made an appointment on their website for a TB Skin test and despite arriving early, the nurses started processing me immediately. Before arriving, I called to ask a question and they responded promptly. Will definitely be back if I need their services again!

AVOID this place if doing blood tests.I was asked to find another location as she failed after two draw on both my arms! I’m hiding her name. Not sure how she got her license.It was pretty getting blood drawn from my arms. Especially on right arm, I can even see vessels bumping up : )

I came here with an appointment late in the day, and Nurse Cheryl had me in and out in 20 minutes! She was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. The facility was clean, and there was ample parking. I will definitely use them again in the future.

AVOID THIS COMPAY!!What I experienced…..1. ALWAYS short on staff2. Not trained nurses how to complete immigration documentations.3. No one will catch a phone, but the phone call is the only way to communicate with nurses.We wasted whole two weeks and did nothing because a nurse didn’t do any process for getting the form.We basically waited 6 hrs today (under the sun) to figure out why we could not have the immigration packet to pick up.I felt sorry to people working there. It’s all company’s fault but they are the people to be blamed.If you want to have secure immigration process to be done, it’s better to avoid this company.

I went there for TB testing. The staffs were very friendly and on the first day I went, there was no line. Second day I had to wait 5 minutes. Dont know why this place is so underrated but I would highly recommend this place.

Went for USCIS medical exam.Staff is very nice and Ashley is very efficient. You will need to make 3-4 visits though to get your paperwork (which seems typical in other places too). Let them know if you are in a hurry and they will call you to give you updates as soon as possible.Other things:* It is not set up like a regular clinic: True* Doctors teleconference you: True. But staff/Ashley has done her best to our work done asap.* Blood sample drawing can be painful: Also true (in my case) compared to my experience in leaving blood samples in conventional labs like lab corp or quest. My experience with taking the immunization was not painful at all.

I took my mom there last week to get green card medical exam done. The clinic is small but very neat. I am especially impressed with Brisa from Campbell Wellness mart. She is friendly, calm, thoughtful and manages the clinic well with strong sense of calmness and responsibilities. Highly recommended.

Great service and very nice staff. I’d go here anytime for service plus it’s a small office so things move quickly.

Honestly,Everyone that are leaving 1 stars are really lack luster on understanding the situation. Given to the 1 and or MAYB 2 person staff it’s totally understandable not to get answered right away. I can’t vouch for people claiming they close before the scheduled time as I try to go in the earlier times…so. However, if you’re complaining about needles and having to be “poked” an ample amount of times, it’s just sometimes your veins aren’t always “that one time they did it once” situation. It happens. Deal with it. I think all the people working here are kind and efficient at what they are able to do. With either walk in’s and or appointed personnel.Double thumbs from me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Made an appointment for a Saturday morning only to show up to a locked door. I had to call the main number and was told the office was closed for the day. Why would you let me make an appointment then? Terrible way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

I was in need of travel vaccinations. You need to make an appointment before you go in. Its not set up like a regular clinic. You fill out paperwork, and then do a webcam consultation with a person who educates you on travel disease prevention. Which is fantastic for learning, but I had no idea that was the process and was very confused at first. They gave me a typhoid vaccine in the building without any issues and then prescribed me medications I needed. But I had to pay for the written prescription first at the location and then pay to have it filled by pharmacy. Confusing procees, but the people were nice.

The staff was amazing. Went above and beyond.

Fast, professional, and responsive! They even emailed me my results and filled out an extra form for me when I requested it. Very good staff. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I would leave 0 star if I could. Came for blood draw for a test and the nurse poke 8 times including 3 times on the wrist for a simple blood draw. And still cannot get a full tube of blood!!

The ladies at the front desk and in the lab are very professional and friendly and amazing.

Called several times days before & on the day of attempted visit. No answer. No one on site during open hours.

Store hours are inconsistent. Closed an hour earlier than advertised. Annoyed because I came during rush hour.
